This is a 4000 sq foot home and has 3 levels, 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths with an additional half bath, full kitchen, library, entertainment room, pool table, sauna, spa, multiple decks, bbq. This home is unique and charming and you can enjoy breathtaking views around the entire home.

For our home city ordinance does not allow to exceed the following: Maximum occupancy 16 Maximum adult occupancy (18+) is 12 Maximum cars is 5 number of cars is 5. There is NO STREET parking in Big Bear. City Ordinance also requires you to remove your own trash. Please collect trash and drop off at the dump site - 41970 Garstin Dr, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315. Guests will be charged $10 per bag for any trash left behind. NO PARTIES/EVENTS ALLOWED. No amplified music 24/7. Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line. Head inside at 10pm. Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00pm - 7:00am. Fines The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is a $500 violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation. Eviction Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. License # 2022-0574

We had a wonderful work retreat at Brandon’s place. It is an absolutely gorgeous house with amazing views and all the amenities you could want. It’s walking distance to great hiking trails, and a short drive into the village. Brandon was a fantastic host - friendly, quick to respond, and very helpful. I would love to go back!

The place was lovely and the communication was excellent. One note, there is absolutely no flexibility on the cancellation policy so just keep that in mind. We had a number of people unable to attend which made the trip more expensive and we could not cancel. Other than that, everything was very accommodating. The place has lots of space, great for large groups, and we had a great time.

We had our yearly family vacation, beautiful big house, made it easy for every one. We all had plenty of space, it provided all that we need to feel like being home. Brandon was very responsive, giving us solutions & very easy to work with. Thank you!

We spent a weekend at Brandon’s place with 2 other families. Very spacious, nice decorations and great view! Lots of amenities so we ended up spending more time inside hanging out. Brandon is very welcoming and responded to our inquiries quickly. We all had a good time there!

Beautiful, quiet neighborhood home perfect for a small group gathering. We took a few girls for a youth retreat and had a wonderful time. The home is even better than pictured. Brandon was responsive when we had questions and quick to find us solutions. Home is clean and has tons of room for gathering. Views were amazing. Hot tub and sauna were clean and so fun. Just want to get started by saying that this is probably my best stay in big bear. Close to zoo, golf range, and grocery stores. Brandon was very nice and answered everything in a timely manner. The house was everything you need for a weekend getaway! I will 10000% book this place again!

I was going crazy trying to plan the perfect getaway for a group of 10, I wanted it to be absolutely perfect for my whole family, including my elderly grandmother who cannot climb stairs. Brandon's place was IT - absolute perfection! Location - surrounded by peaceful nature and lots of walkable trails. 12 minutes from the lake. Scenic views. Everything we wanted. Layout - Perfect for us to divide ourselves in 3 groups. The bottom floor has a ramp so my grandma could choose to join us in the main floor but more often than not we joined her because the lower floor had the game room and a huge TV and another dining table. Home - Clean, beautiful. Host - Brandon and his team (including Jose and the cleaning crew) were all extremely thoughtful and generous. I have never felt more welcomed. They made us feel truly like VIPs, always friendly, always helpful, always accessible. they went above and beyond. My stay here was truly magical in every way. Best AirBNB experience I've had!

Thanks Brandon for providing a lovely place for my family. We had a blast. Everything is less than 10 mins away. The house was super large and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place and we will be back

The house is exactly as in the pictures, all amenities are as described. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the surroundings and were so lucky that it was snowing. The jacuzzi was very nice and ready to use. We didn't use the sauna, but it looked nice. The TVs worked perfectly, the dishwasher and the laundry room too. There were enough towels for everyone, and the kitchen was fully equipped. Kids enjoyed playing pool and hide and seek in the big house. It was a wonderful family time. Thanks, Brandon, for having the house ready for us!

Brandon was an excellent and responsive host! The house was exactly as it was listed and it’s tons and tons of room! I really enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen, linens, blankets and towels. My husband’s bday is in November and we are already planning our next stay at the Moonridge Mansion.
