This home is unique and charming and you can enjoy breathtaking views around the entire home.

For our home city ordinance does not allow to exceed the following: Maximum occupancy 16 Maximum adult occupancy (18+) is 12 Maximum cars is 5 number of cars is 5. There is NO STREET parking in Big Bear. NO PARTIES/EVENTS ALLOWED. No amplified music 24/7. Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line. Head inside at 10pm per city ordinance. Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00pm - 7:00am. Fines The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is a $500 violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation. Eviction Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. License # 2022-0574

Brandonโ€™s home was perfect for our large family celebrating a milestone birthday. We had several couples with young children and the multiple levels and variety of games and play spaces was just what we were looking for and the property really delivered. The home is very close Bear Mountain and made it easy for us to get to the slopes. The home looked just liked the photos and Brandon was very communicative and responsive. Check in/out was easy with clear instructions. Weโ€™d definitely say here again for a large gathering. Thanks for the fun memories!
