This home is unique and charming and you can enjoy breathtaking views around the entire home.

For our home city ordinance does not allow to exceed the following: Maximum occupancy 16 Maximum adult occupancy (18+) is 12 Maximum cars is 5 number of cars is 5. There is NO STREET parking in Big Bear. City Ordinance also requires you to remove your own trash. Please collect trash and drop off at the dump site - 41970 Garstin Dr, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315. Guests will be charged $10 per bag for any trash left behind. NO PARTIES/EVENTS ALLOWED. No amplified music 24/7. Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line. Head inside at 10pm. Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00pm - 7:00am. Fines The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is a $500 violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation. Eviction Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. License # 2022-0574
